Josh Satin Promoted to Partner at Gelt Venture Partners

Gelt Venture Partners has promoted Josh Satin to partner. With a successful career in professional baseball as a New York Mets player, Satin transitioned into the finance industry and has since played an integral role in more than $1 billion of acquisitions since joining the Gelt team in 2016. Starting as an asset manager, he steadily rose through the ranks to become CIO and now partner. In his new position, Satin will continue leading investment strategy for Gelt while overseeing equity raising for each acquisition and managing their debut multifamily and storage fund.

Damian Langere, founding member of Los Angeles-based Gelt Venture Partners said: “Josh’s instrumental role in sourcing, underwriting, analyzing multifamily investments enabled us to acquire 5200 units valued at nearly $1.1 billion; his contributions align with our mission of maximizing returns for investors.”
