Their addition to the team will bolster Colliers’ presence on the West Coast and enable them to provide comprehensive debt and equity solutions for all types of commercial real estate assets.
Lee and Yazdi bring a wealth of experience, having collectively closed over $10 billion in transactions during their 35 years at George Smith Partners before joining Colliers. In their first deal with the firm, they secured $14 million in construction financing for a 110,929-square-foot spec industrial property located in Henderson, NV – a suburb of Las Vegas.
This recent development marks an exciting new chapter for Colliers Mortgage as it continues to expand its reach across key markets.
