Hunneman has expanded its Leasing & Advisory platform with the addition of Jon Pezzoni as senior vice president and principal. The firm announced that Pezzoni brings more than a decade of experience working across Greater Boston’s office, R&D, and industrial markets, a background that aligns with the region’s diverse inventory of commercial assets. His new role places him within Hunneman’s Leasing & Advisory team, where he is expected to contribute to both client service and internal leadership.
Before joining Hunneman, Pezzoni served as a senior vice president at Avison Young. Since 2014, he has focused on advising tenants, landlords, and developers throughout the Metro West, 495 West, and 495 South submarkets in the Greater Boston area. His work has centered on devising and executing strategies intended to position properties competitively and enhance their long-term value, with exposure to multiple asset types and ownership profiles.
According to Hunneman, Pezzoni’s experience spans the full spectrum of leasing and advisory assignments in office, research and development, and industrial product. His background includes working with both occupier and ownership clients, providing perspective on how space users and investors approach decision-making in these submarkets. The firm notes that this combination of market familiarity and cross-sector experience is expected to support clients navigating evolving demand dynamics in Greater Boston.
Steve Prozinski, Hunneman’s CEO and COO, highlighted Pezzoni’s track record in the Metro West market. Prozinski described Pezzoni as having built a strong reputation by consistently delivering results for clients and emphasized his collaborative approach and local relationships. He added that Pezzoni’s knowledge of office, R&D, and industrial assets makes him a strong fit for the Leasing & Advisory team and expressed confidence that his addition will create value for both Hunneman’s clients and the firm overall.
The move underscores Hunneman’s continued focus on advisory services in key Greater Boston submarkets, with an emphasis on leasing strategy and asset positioning for owners, tenants, and developers active in the office, R&D, and industrial segments.
