Peak Construction Corporation is currently working on IDI Logistics’ new speculative warehouse, Rock Run Crossing, at Rock Run Crossings Business Park in Joliet, Illinois. Located at 4300 Olympic Boulevard, the project is expected to be completed by the end of this year.
Peak has teamed up with Ware Malcomb and Jacob & Hefner Associates Inc., to construct a 219041-square-foot facility that will feature 36’ clear height, 24 dock doors (19 future), two drive-in doors for parking 209 cars and 63 trailer stalls as well as 2000 square feet of speculative office space.
Rock Run Crossings is a two-building development situated near I-80 and I-55 intersection which includes 677000 square feet build to suit along with Class A industrial facility speculatively built. This 300 acre mixed use project provides great interstate access making it an ideal location for local or regional distribution purposes while also pursuing LEED® Certification for Rock Run Crossings.
