**Milhaus and FrontRange Capital Partners Advance Atheria at West Grove in McKinney**

Milhaus, in partnership with FrontRange Capital Partners, has announced progress on Atheria at West Grove, a new 389-unit Class-A residential community in McKinney, Texas. The development will feature a hybrid of apartment units and townhomes with leasing and initial move-ins expected in Spring 2026.

Situated at 8701 West University Drive, Atheria will be part of the new West Grove master-planned community—a 52-acre mixed-use development.

The project will offer a variety of living options, including two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath townhomes with two-car garages, as well as luxury apartment flats available in one-, two-, and three-bedroom floorplans.

Planned community amenities are extensive and include:

– A clubhouse with a full swing golf simulator
– Covered outdoor kitchen
– Fully furnished poolside cabanas
– Fire pits and grilling areas
– Pet spa
– Indoor/outdoor fitness center
– Office and co-working spaces
– Billiards and media room

Residents will also enjoy a one-acre park equipped with pickleball courts, a spacious dog park, and an events lawn.

Design and construction of Atheria at West Grove will be a collaborative effort involving HEDK Architects, SJL Design Group, Studio Outside, Strategic Construction, and Winkelmann & Associates. Construction financing is being provided by InterBank.
