**JV Breaks Ground on Townhouse-Style Apartments in Central Morris County**

A joint venture between CrownPoint Group Inc. and Crossroads Companies has officially broken ground on Liberty Village, a new townhouse-style apartment community in Randolph, New Jersey. The development will include 125 luxury residences and is located at the intersection of West Hanover Avenue and Sussex Turnpike in central Morris County—an area emerging as a new town center.

Liberty Village will feature 100 market-rate homes and 25 age-restricted affordable units, all designed with upscale finishes and amenities. Many of the units will be bi-level townhomes with coffered ceilings in the primary bedrooms, open-concept layouts, high-end interior finishes, and private-entrance garages.

“At a time when most rental options are limited to traditional apartment living, we are delivering something truly unique—spacious townhomes that combine the privacy, comfort, and character of a single-family home with the convenience and flexibility of modern rental living,” said Michael Legacki, Vice President at CrownPoint. “With demand for high-quality housing at an all-time high, this project represents an exciting development for residents who want the best of both worlds.”

Financing for the project was secured through a construction loan from Berkshire Bank, and project equity was raised through the joint venture’s private investor network.
