"Join CBRE's Seattle Debt & Structured Finance Team with New Hire Vicki Huynh"

CBRE has recently announced the addition of Vicki Huynh as senior vice president to their Debt & Structured Finance team in Seattle. With over 20 years of experience, Huynh brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in sourcing, underwriting, and structuring mortgage transactions for multifamily and commercial real estate projects in the Pacific Northwest.

Under the leadership of Josh Berde, CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance team is excited to have Huynh on board. Prior to joining CBRE, she served as vice president at EverBank (now TIAA Bank), where she was a top sales executive responsible for originating over $1.2 billion in new mortgages for multifamily and commercial properties. During her time there, she successfully grew her territory from zero to generating an annual volume exceeding $100 million. Before that role, she held a position at GE Capital Real Estate specializing in retail, office,and industrial properties as well as equity management.
