Dermody Properties, a private equity real estate investment, development and management company focused on the logistics sector, has appointed John Picchiotti as Senior Vice President of Asset Management and National Leasing. In this role he will support the firm’s national leasing activities by aiding in managing established brokerage relationships and acting as primary manager of national industrial brokerage contacts. Additionally, Picchiotti will develop strategies to maximize value of Dermody Properties’ portfolio assets with an aim to provide strategic opportunities for customers.
Prior to joining Dermody Properties, Picchiotti was Managing Director at JLL where he led their industrial brokerage group with a profit and loss statement exceeding $50 million. He also spent 16 years at Prologis as Market Officer in Charge of Operations followed by four years at NAI Hiffman serving as Chief Operating Officer.
