RKW Residential has promoted John DeMario to Regional Vice President, overseeing a portfolio in the Carolinas and Missouri. With 17 years of property management experience, DeMario provides strategic direction across a portfolio of communities throughout RKW’s home base. His expertise includes conventional, senior, mixed-income, affordable and low-income housing tax credit communities. He holds a Housing Credit Certified Professional accreditation and is also a graduate of the GCAA Leadership Lyceum Program with an undergraduate degree from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
DeMario’s promotion follows his recent appointment as President for the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association (GCAA). As regional trade association for multifamily industry professionals in North Carolina’s largest city region – GCAA works to promote its members’ interests through legislative advocacy education & networking opportunities alike.
