Joe Heinzler Joins Northmarq’s Kansas City Office as Vice President

Northmarq’s Kansas City Debt and Equity team has hired Joe Heinzler as Vice President. In his new role, Heinzler will be responsible for facilitating debt and equity placements for investors and lenders. He will work alongside Greg Duvall, Senior Vice President & Managing Director, John Duvall, Vice President of the Kansas City office in addition to coordinating with the KC Investment Sales team.
Prior to joining Northmarq, Heinzler spent two years as a Commercial Relationship Manager at North American Savings Bank where he managed loan portfolios while originating loans nationwide. Before transitioning into real estate finance he was an Office Broker at Kessinger Hunter & Company representing clients on office leasing/sale transactions while sourcing new business opportunities.
Heinzler holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from University of Missouri-Columbia with an emphasis on Finance & Real Estate; additionally holding a Real Estate Salesperson license in Missouri state law .
