JLL’s Value and Risk Advisory platform has welcomed Bart Sobieralski as the newest vice president in their New York office. With nearly 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Sobieralski brings a wealth of knowledge to his role with a focus on business development for the Environment & Property Condition (EPC) group.
Previously serving as regional vice president at Bureau Veritas since 2015, Sobieralski has successfully expanded markets and driven growth for existing markets and product offerings. The EPC service offers comprehensive solutions including Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Phase II Oversight Management, Property Condition Assessments, Zoning Reports, Seismic Studies, ALTA Surveys,and Green Evaluations.
This addition further strengthens JLL’s expertise in providing valuable insights and risk assessments for clients across various industries.
