JLL has been appointed by Rolls-Royce to oversee global facilities management (FM) operations across the company’s real estate portfolio in China, Germany, India, Singapore, the United Kingdom and the United States. With 15 million square feet of manufacturing, warehouse and office space at 44 sites in six countries under its purview as exclusive strategic global FM partner for Rolls-Royce , JLL will provide FM services with an aim to accelerate operational initiatives while delivering exceptional employee experiences that help meet sustainability commitments.
