JLL has welcomed Blake Rogers and Alex Caniglia back to the team as multifamily investment sales producers. As senior managing director, Rogers will lead the Southern California multi-housing team while also joining the National Multi-housing Leadership Council from JLL’s Los Angeles office. Caniglia joins as a managing director in JLL’s San Diego office.
Both have spent three years with Walker & Dunlop, specializing in multifamily investment sales throughout Southern California prior to rejoining JLL/HFF where they worked for more than five years combined. Together, they have closed approximately $5.5 billion worth of transactions during their careers thus far.
Peter Yorck has been leading growth of JLL’s Los Angeles multifamily business since relocating from San Francisco three years ago and is now transitioning and relocating to the Southeast region to help spearhead its multifamily investments sales initiatives there
