The two medical office pavilions total around 200,000 square feet with 75,000 square feet available for lease. These facilities offer a wide range of services including surgical procedures. Matthew Coursen, Conn Curry and Andrew Thau from JLL will be responsible for marketing this prime real estate opportunity.
