**Rosedale Center Adds Six New Tenants, Expanding Offerings in Twin Cities**
Rosedale Center, a 1,142,972-square-foot shopping destination located in the heart of the Twin Cities, has announced the addition of six new tenants set to open by the end of the year.
New retailers and restaurants joining the lineup include Kendra Scott, J.Crew Factory, Johnston & Murphy, Lolli & Pops, Paris Baguette, and BRKTHROUGH. These newcomers follow the recent openings of Dick’s Sporting Goods, Legendary Spice, Boba X, and Kukuri, reflecting the center’s continued growth and evolving tenant mix.
Holly Rome, Executive Vice President of National Retail Leasing at JLL, and Lane Walsh, Vice President of National Retail Leasing at JLL, are leading the leasing efforts at Rosedale Center and have been instrumental in securing the new leases.
