**JLL Closes Five Leases at Fenton Office Campus, Nears Full Occupancy**
JLL has successfully closed five new office leases totaling more than 120,000 square feet at 1400 South Highway Drive in Fenton, Missouri. These new leases have pushed the building’s occupancy rate to 95%.
The newly signed tenants represent a diverse mix of industries, with Delta Dental finalizing the largest deal at 69,000 square feet. The property is owned by the Maritz family, well-regarded in the region for their stable and well-capitalized local ownership. The Maritz company itself also occupies space on the same campus, which boasts strong amenities and a high parking ratio.
Constructed in 1990, the 1400 Building is a Class A, 400,000-square-foot office space situated on the south side of I-44, approximately two miles west of I-270. The location offers convenient access to the entire St. Louis Metropolitan area and is just a 20-minute drive from downtown St. Louis.
Notable current tenants at the multi-tenant facility include Panera Bread, Ricoh, Scholastic Corporation, 8th Avenue Food & Provisions, Missouri Lawyers Media, and LANDCO Construction.
