JLL has successfully secured a $32.26 million refinancing loan for Porch + Park, an upscale apartment community located in the heart of downtown Redmond, Washington. The borrower, MainStreet Property Group LLC, was represented by JLL’s Debt Advisory team led by Senior Director Seth Heikkila and Director Steve Petrie.
