JLL has announced that law firm McIntyre Thanasides Bringgold Elliott Grimaldi Guito & Matthews, P.A. has taken 13,700 square feet of space at Casa Carbonell in Tampa Bay’s historic Ybor City. The 23,880-square-foot office building is located at 1228 East 7th Ave., and the move is expected to be completed by Fall 2023, bringing the property to full occupancy.
The JLL brokerage team of Jim Moler (Executive Vice President), Lisa Coulter (Vice President) and Pearlita Price (Associate) represented the building’s ownership – Darryl Shaw’s Casa Ybor – while tenant representation was provided by Amy Cox (Senior Vice President) and Thomas Grandoff (Director of Brokerage Services), with The Mahr Company.
Formerly New Urban Suites, Casa Carbonell is a four-story LEED-certified boutique office building which forms part of a series mixed use properties including historic offices/retail spaces as well as contemporary apartment homes known collectively as ‘Casa Ybor’.
