JLL has announced the hiring of Jonathan Rosen as Senior Vice President to represent institutional and local landlords in developing and executing effective leasing strategies. He will work with national and regional tenants expanding throughout South Florida, securing locations while negotiating on behalf of high-profile clients such as The Related Group, Rockpoint, and Continuum Companies. His portfolio is spread across submarkets including Brickell, Downtown Miami, Miami Beach Wynwood Coral Gables Coconut Grove Fort Lauderdale West Palm Beach amongst others.
Rosen began his career in property management with Colliers before transitioning into retail brokerage at Colliers CBRE JLL over the past eight years. A native of South Florida he holds a bachelor’s degree in criminology from Florida State University.
