JLL Capital Markets has expanded its team with the addition of Senior Director Anja Jauregui and Director Robert Nisbet to its manufactured housing and RV resort division. Together, they bring over 10 years of combined experience in the industry. Based in Portland, Oregon, Jauregui and Nisbet will focus on investment sales for manufactured home communities and RV parks nationwide.
Working alongside JLL’s San Diego-based manufactured housing team leader Zach Koucos, Jauregui and Nisbet are poised to contribute significantly to the growth of JLL’s national manufactured housing platform. “We are thrilled to welcome Anja and Robert as we continue our expansion into this sector,” said Koucos.
Prior to joining JLL, both Jauregui and Nisbet held investment sales positions at CPX in Lake Oswego, Oregon. They also have previous experience working together as part of Marcus & Millichap’s investment sales team.
