JLL has been selected to provide a range of services for a portfolio of 35 small-format hospitals and emergency departments spanning over 1 million square feet in Texas, Nevada, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. The owner of this portfolio is Emerus, a national operator known for its neighborhood hospitals.
According to COO Vanessa Smith from Emerus, the quality of JLL’s on-site team at these hospitals is highly valued. JLL will be responsible for maintaining the mechanical systems as well as overseeing janitorial work and security measures. Additionally, they will offer Project and Development Services (PDS) in select markets.
Leading the IFM team at JLL is Dan White while David Gates manages facilities in Texas and David Oldfather oversees properties elsewhere. PDS support will be provided by Dan Squiers John Jonas ,and Christine Jesse.
