JLL has been recognized as one of the top companies for executive women by Seramount. This prestigious list honors 75 workplaces that prioritize the advancement of women in corporate leadership, with a focus on succession planning, pay equity, support programs and work-life balance initiatives.
The 2023 award celebrates JLL’s commitment to promoting women to senior positions through various means such as mentoring, sponsorship and participation in employee resource groups. The company also provides leadership development training to empower female employees. The rankings evaluate organizations based on their representation of women at all levels but place particular emphasis on those in corporate officer and profit-and-loss roles.
These results are determined by assessing the availability of programs and policies that facilitate career progression for women within each company. To be eligible for consideration, businesses must have at least two female members on their board of directors and a minimum workforce size of 500 employees in the United States.
This recognition further solidifies JLL’s dedication towards creating an inclusive workplace where all individuals can thrive professionally regardless of gender identity or background.
