**JLL Secures Dual Role for Wisconsin Data Center Portfolio**
JLL has been selected by Aventus Data Centers to provide comprehensive facilities management services and spearhead the lease-up of vacant space at two of its Tier III SOC 2 certified data centers: Aventus Lakes in Milwaukee and Aventus 715 in Marshfield, Wisconsin.
Aventus Lakes spans nearly 26,500 square feet in Milwaukee, while Aventus 715 offers 20,000 square feet of dedicated space in Marshfield, a centrally located community in Wisconsin. Both facilities serve as high-performance colocation centers equipped with redundant power and cooling systems, providing customized infrastructure solutions tailored to meet a wide range of tenant needs.
Through its Data Center and Critical Environments Division, JLL will oversee the facilities’ management, including operational support, safety, mechanical and electrical systems, fire protection, and environmental controls. The leadership team for this initiative includes Kristen Vosmaer, Managing Director, and Sean Farney, Vice President of Data Center Strategy, who will guide JLL’s strategy and delivery.
This dual role strengthens JLL’s presence in the data center sector by aligning with Aventus Data Centers and optimizing both operational efficiency and tenant occupancy in Wisconsin’s growing data infrastructure market.
