On Wednesday, JLL Capital Markets announced the addition of Alex Quinn as director to their investment and sales advisory retail team in Boston. In this role, he will report to Chris Angelone, senior managing director and partner at JLL’s Boston office.
“We are delighted to have Alex Quinn join our team in Boston,” said Angelone. “His extensive background in retail leasing and investment sales, particularly within the New England market, will be a valuable asset for our clients.”
Quinn brings almost ten years of experience in commercial real estate to his new position at JLL. He previously worked as a senior associate at Marcus & Millichap in Boston where he specialized in multi-tenant retail properties and net leased properties throughout New England. Prior roles at CBRE and The Dartmouth Company involved high-profile projects such as expanding fashion brands, restaurants, and fitness concepts across the city of Boston.
