**JLL Phoenix Adds Three Veteran Brokers from CBRE**
JLL’s Phoenix office has strengthened its team with the addition of three seasoned professionals: Bryan Taute, Spencer Nast, and William Mask. These brokers bring a combined 40 years of experience in the metro Phoenix office market.
Bryan Taute joins as Executive Managing Director, Spencer Nast takes the role of Senior Vice President, and William Mask comes on board as Vice President. The trio, formerly with CBRE, are recognized industry leaders and currently represent approximately 8 million square feet of Class A office properties throughout the Phoenix area.
Their arrival bolsters JLL Phoenix’s already robust workforce, which includes over 600 of the region’s leading experts. The team specializes in a wide range of commercial real estate services including office, industrial, retail, healthcare, and data center brokerage, as well as tenant representation, facility and investment management, capital markets, multifamily investments, development services, and more.
