**JLL Closes Sale of Kansas City Industrial Portfolio**

JLL has successfully brokered the sale of the KCI Logistics Center Buildings III and VI, a two-building industrial portfolio totaling 552,240 square feet located in Kansas City, Missouri.

The transaction was facilitated by JLL’s Ed Halaburt and Kurt Sarbaugh, both Managing Directors, along with Sean Devaney, Senior Managing Director, and Ross Bratcher, Senior Director. The seller, Clarion Partners, sold the assets to STAG Industrial.

The portfolio includes Building III, a 202,800-square-foot distribution facility built in 2018, and Building VI, a 349,440-square-foot logistics center completed in 2020.

Building III functions as a fully leased, single-tenant facility, occupied by Rogers Sporting Goods. Situated on 17.3 acres, it features 31 dock-high doors, two drive-in doors, and 178 automobile parking spaces.

Building VI, spanning 26.7 acres, is home to tenants such as Mechanix Wear, DHL Express, and Macdon, while currently maintaining one vacant unit totaling 72,815 square feet. The property benefits from a strategic location near Kansas City International Airport, providing optimal access to both ground and air transportation networks.
