This dual-branded hotel boasts 142 guestrooms for Aloft and 147 for Element, along with top-notch amenities such as an indoor pool, fitness center, and meeting space.
Conveniently located near State Route 100 and the Baltimore-Washington Parkway, this property provides easy access to major cities like Baltimore and Washington D.C., as well as Fort Meade and BWI Airport. The sale was handled by JLL’s Capital Markets team led by Ketan Patel and KC Patel alongside Phil White on behalf of the seller.
This transaction marks another successful deal arranged by JLL in their efforts to provide exceptional services within the hospitality industry.
