JLL has successfully completed the sale of Nimbus, a luxurious multifamily property in Everett, Washington. The $49 million transaction was secured by JLL on behalf of the seller, Trent Development. Led by Senior Managing Directors David Young and Corey Marx and Senior Director Chris Ross from JLL’s Capital Market’s Investment and Sales Advisory team, this deal was made possible with the cooperation of buyer CEP Multifamily.
Nimbus Apartments is located at 2701 Rockefeller Ave., providing convenient access to major employers such as Boeing’s largest manufacturing facility and Naval Station Everett. Its prime location also offers easy connectivity to Seattle metro area through I-5 which is only five minutes away.
Built in 2022, Nimbus boasts an eight-story modern residential complex featuring a variety of studio, one-, and two-bedroom units. “The successful sale of Nimbus showcases investors’ continued interest in top-quality multifamily properties within Puget Sound region,” said Young. He further added that “the combination of strong fundamentals in Everett along with this property’s exceptional quality and strategic location made it an attractive acquisition opportunity.”
