JLL Secures $395M Refinancing for 70 Pine Street in Financial District
The iconic 66-story building at 70 Pine Street, originally built in 1932, has been transformed into a mixed-use property featuring luxury rental residences, retail spaces, and a boutique hotel. The comprehensive renovation of the property was completed by DTH Capital and Rose Associates in 2016.
With top-of-the-line amenities such as a fitness center, golf simulators, bowling alleys,and a screening room,the newly renovated building now offers612luxury rental residences. In addition to this,the Mint House hotel component provides165apartments designed for extended stays with fully equipped kitchens and custom-designed furniture. Along with these offerings,the property also houses two restaurants,a gourmet market,and various retail options.
