"JLL Facilitates $21.5M Sale of DC Office Building Set for Conversion"

JLL recently closed the sale of 1201 Connecticut Ave. NW, a Class B office building located in Washington D.C.’s Dupont Circle neighborhood. The property, totaling 190,385 square feet and valued at $21.5 million, was sold by a subsidiary of BrightSpire Capital Inc., with JLL representing the seller.

The JLL Capital Markets Investment Sales and Advisory team spearheading this transaction included Tom Hall, Matt Nicholson, Kevin Byrd, Jim Meisel , Andrew Weir and Dave Baker.
