Instrument Relocates Portland Headquarters to Field Office

Instrument, a design and technology agency known for its work with major brands like Google, Oura Ring, Nike, and Uber, has officially moved its Portland headquarters to the Field Office complex, located at 1895–2035 NW Front Avenue in Northwest Portland, Oregon.

The company was represented in the transaction by JLL’s Portland-based team, Cayla Wardenburg and Niall Travers. The new space spans 19,500 square feet and has been thoughtfully designed to foster creativity, collaboration, and innovation among team members.

“Instrument’s move to Field Office reaffirms its commitment to Portland’s urban core,” said Wardenburg. “They see tremendous value in relocating to an amenity-rich building and modern urban campus environment.”

The headquarters will serve not only as a workspace, but also as a venue for a variety of events, including workshops, panel discussions, networking gatherings, and creative collaborations.

“With the stabilization of the workplace, we are seeing more firms like Instrument make long-term decisions for their office space,” added Travers.
