Dean Sands has joined the Retail Investment Sales and Advisory Team of JLL Capital Markets as a Managing Director in the Washington, DC office. He will join Managing Directors Jordan Lex and Bill Moylan, as well as Director Danny Naughton, to establish a deep bench of retail capital markets advisors serving the Mid-Atlantic region.

Prior to joining JLL Capital Markets, Sands was Principal at Avison Young where he specialized in retail investment sales over two years. Before that he spent 18 years with Eastdil Secured starting out as an analyst before becoming director focusing on office & retail transactions across national & international boundaries; executing more than $12.6 billion worth of joint ventures asset sales & debt placements during his tenure there .
