**JLL to Oversee Management of Anaheim’s OCVIBE Entertainment District**
JLL Property Management has announced that its newly formed mixed-use management team, The Mixx, has been selected to manage OCVIBE, the ambitious 100-acre entertainment district in Anaheim backed by the Samueli family. Lucas Ross has been appointed as the first Senior General Manager for the project.
As part of its role, JLL will handle the operations, management, and maintenance of OCVIBE’s extensive commercial and common areas. These include 20 acres of parks and public plazas, four parking garages, multiple restaurants, retail plazas, and an office building encompassing the area around the Honda Center.
OC Sports and Entertainment will continue to manage the Honda Center and will also oversee the operation of future entertainment venues within the OCVIBE district.
