JLL Capital Markets has added three senior housing experts to its National Seniors Housing platform. Boston-based Jay Wagner and Richard Swartz, who will co-lead the team, as well as San Diego’s Aaron Rosenzweig are now focused on investment sales, joint venture equity and financing transactions across the US.
Wagner and Swartz have previously served as co-heads of a full service capital markets provider’s Seniors Housing group while Rosenzweig worked there for 12 years with more than $11 billion in seniors housing transactions under his belt.
