JLL Capital Markets has recently welcomed Nick Davino as a director to its Portland office. In this role, he will be focused on office and industrial investment sales and advisory transactions. He will work alongside managing director Buzz Ellis to build out the team in the region.
“The commercial real estate market is in an interesting time right now, making it increasingly important for us to have top-notch teams that can provide our clients with sound advice about their future,” said Ellis.
Davino began his career in 2020 and quickly became one of the leading producers for Pacific Northwest at his prior firm, earning him 2021 Rookie of the Year honors from his local Portland office alone. Since then, he has closed more than $75 million worth of office and industrial deals within just a few years’ time frame
