JLL Capital Markets has hired Nick Davino as a director to focus on office and industrial investment sales and advisory transactions in its Portland office. Working alongside managing director Buzz Ellis, Davino will help build out the Portland team for these services.
“The commercial real estate market is in an interesting time, particularly with respect to offices,” said Ellis. “It’s essential that we have experienced teams advising our clients about what lies ahead.” Davino brings extensive knowledge of the Pacific Northwest region from his prior firm where he was one of their top producers and earned 2021 Rookie of the Year honors at his local Portland office. In just a few years, he closed over $75 million worth of office and industrial transactions.
