JLL Capital Markets Closes Sale of 260,000-SF Jacksonville Industrial Facility

JLL Capital Markets announced today the successful closing of a sale for 4150 Perimeter Industrial Pkwy, a 260,000-square-foot distribution center in Jacksonville. Constructed in 2008 and fully leased to Volkswagen Group of America, the property sits on 15.35 acres within Westside submarket and features rear-loading capabilities as well as air conditioned warehouse space.

The strategic location offers convenient access to more than 70 million consumers with close proximity to I-295 Beltway, I-10 and I95 highways as well as Jacksonville CSX Intermodal terminal and JaxPort – second largest vehicle handling port in the US.
