JLL Capital Markets has appointed Reina Abboud as Senior Director at its Washington, D.C. office. In her new role, Abboud will focus on debt advisory in the Richmond and Virginia Tidewater markets and report to senior managing directors Andrew Weir and Jamie Leachman.
Abboud brings over a decade of experience in real estate finance from her previous role as vice president at a full-service capital markets provider where she was involved in originating, structuring and executing transactions totaling $1.5 billion across all asset types with an emphasis on market rate & affordable multi-housing business ventures. Additionally, she is actively engaged with several organizations such Real Estate Network Empowering Women (RENEW), Urban Land Institute (ULI) & Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).
