JLL Atlanta has hired Amanda Madrid as Senior Vice President of Property and Asset Management. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Madrid will focus on growing JLL’s Southeast portfolio, reducing operating expenses for clients and supporting leasing teams. She joins from Cushman & Wakefield where she was Managing Director. In her new role at JLL, she will be concentrating on North Fulton submarket assignments such as creative office spaces and life sciences projects. Throughout her career, Madrid has gained extensive knowledge in implementing operational teams, managing assets and supporting market growth initiatives.
