JLL has appointed LaWanda Savage-Henton as the new Americas Head of Client Sourcing and Procurement. In this role, she will oversee all client account operations and drive the Client Sourcing and Procurement platform for Work Dynamics, Project and Development Services, and Property Management.
With over 25 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, Savage-Henton brings a wealth of expertise to her position. Based in Chicago, she is responsible for managing interactions across various teams to provide exceptional sourcing services to JLL clients throughout the Americas. She reports directly to Michael Raphael, JLL’s Chief Procurement Officer.
Prior to joining JLL, Savage-Henton served as Vice President for IFM Sourcing & Procurement at Sodexo. She also held senior positions in sourcing & procurement at several Fortune 150/500 companies such as CBRE. Her impressive track record includes driving business transformation through strategic sourcing initiatives with a focus on cost-effective strategies.
