JLL has appointed San Francisco-based Yao Morin as the company’s first Chief Technology Officer. In her role, Morin will be responsible for overseeing JLL Technologies’ (JLLT) global technology development strategy and delivery, while also leading a newly centralized engineering group within JLLT – the technology division of JLL.
Yishai Lerner, Co-CEO at JTL commented: “Yao’s leadership and experience will bolster our organization and strengthen the alignment between product and data strategy which is essential as commercial real estate transitions into a data-driven enterprise.” Since joining in 2020, Morin has been working on projects to reduce energy consumption throughout buildings lifecycles with an emphasis on sustainability through leveraging data assets across all of JL’s businesses.
