JLL has recently welcomed Hunter Brown as their new Vice President for office leasing. With a specialization in the electric vehicle industry, Brown will focus on representing office tenants in Pasadena, the Tri-Cities and greater Los Angeles area.
According to Charlie Smith, JLL’s Senior Managing Director and lead of their Los Angeles brokerage team, there is a growing demand for guidance from various industries as the economy of LA becomes more diverse. Smith believes that with his experience and successful track record working with companies involved in electric vehicles as well as his knowledge of the Pasadena and Tri-Cities markets, Brown will bring great value to JLL.
Brown joins JLL after spending five years at two national brokerage firms where he achieved success. Throughout his career, he has represented numerous companies involved in EV technology.
