JLL has appointed Hunter Brown as Vice President for office leasing. With a focus on the electric vehicle industry, Brown will specialize in representing office tenants in Pasadena, the Tri-Cities and greater Los Angeles.
According to Charlie Smith, Senior Managing Director and Los Angeles Brokerage Lead at JLL, there is an increasing demand for guidance from various industries as the economy of Los Angeles becomes more diverse. Smith believes that with his experience and track record working with companies involved in electric vehicles as well as knowledge of Pasadena and Tri-Cities markets, Brown will bring significant value to JLL’s team.
Brown joins JLL after a successful five-year tenure at two national brokerage firms where he represented several companies involved in EV technology throughout his career.
