JLL has announced the appointment of Cynthia Kantor as CEO of Project and Development Services (PDS), a newly created role. Based in Atlanta, Kantor will now oversee all aspects of PDS services globally, including construction management, development, design and branding for commercial real estate projects.
According to Kantor, “The built environment is constantly evolving with enduring trends that shape our clients’ needs. By unifying the PDS business globally, we can adapt to these dynamic changes and provide superior value and support for our diverse clients while also increasing efficiency and fostering talent development.”
Effective immediately under Kantor’s leadership are the following experts:

– Nick Winter is now head of PDS in Europe Middle East Africa (EMEA)
– Nicasio Gutierrez remains at the helm of Tétris interior design business in EMEA
