**JLL Tapped to Oversee Leasing for Suburban Chicago Office Campus**
JLL has been selected to lead the leasing efforts for Bannockburn Lakes, a five-building, 530,000-square-foot office campus situated on 48 acres in Bannockburn, Illinois.
Owned by IAG Holdings, LLC, the property is set to be transformed with a modern mixed-use vision. Two of the campus’s five office buildings are planned for redevelopment to accommodate new uses, while the remaining three buildings will continue serving office tenants—comprising one single-tenant building and two multi-tenant properties.
JLL’s Chris Cummins, Managing Director, and Julie Koelzer, Vice President, are heading the leasing strategy for the office component on behalf of IAG Holdings.
“Bannockburn Lakes is unlike anything else in the market today—it’s a modern reinvention of a suburban campus, purposefully blending office, recreation, and service uses in one location,” said Cummins.
Planned upgrades throughout the campus include renovations to lobbies and common areas, parking lot improvements, and the creation of move-in-ready spec suites.
