### Tommy Bahama Renews 125,000-Square-Foot Headquarters Lease in Seattle

JLL and Pembroke have announced that Tommy Bahama has recommitted to its corporate headquarters at 400 Fairview in Seattle, signing a new 10-year lease. The lifestyle brand occupies 125,000 square feet, accounting for one-third of the property’s office space.

This renewal represents the second-largest office lease in Seattle over the past year and ensures that 400 Fairview remains fully occupied.

The JLL team representing Pembroke was led by Senior Managing Director Lisa Stewart and Managing Director Jim Allison. “Tommy Bahama considered several other locations in Seattle and Bellevue but ultimately chose 400 Fairview with a long-term commitment,” said Allison. “This decision underscores Pembroke’s highly amenitized offerings at 400 Fairview, the vibrancy of the South Lake Union neighborhood, and Seattle’s appeal as a national and international corporate hub.”

Other tenants at 400 Fairview include Skanska, Group14 Technologies, and Impinj. The 349,000-square-foot mixed-use property features ground-floor retail, including the popular Fairview Market Hall.
