JLL Atlanta has announced the acquisition of 3500 Engineering Drive in Peachtree Corners by long-term client RealCo. JLL’s Executive Vice President Paul Hanna and Northmarq Vice President Katie Elliott managed the transaction, with Tom Shafer, John Hinson and Chase Mathews from OnPace Partners representing the seller.
The four-story 102,000-square-foot office building on 6.6 acres adjacent to the future Peachtree Corners Technology Park and trail recently secured FLEETCOR for an 11 year 25,244 square foot lease.
Hanna commented that “as available space tightens in this desired submarket we have seen demand pick up” adding that “3500 Engineering Drive is one of Peachtree Corner’s hidden gems.” He went on to say “this acquisition goes to show there are investors who understand office is an important strategic asset to own.”
