**JLL Strengthens National Build-to-Rent Team with Maravilla and Schott Appointments**
George Maravilla and Noah Schott have joined JLL’s National Build-to-Rent (BTR) team in key leadership roles. Maravilla steps into the position of Managing Director, while Schott takes on the role of Director. Their addition is aimed at expanding JLL’s capabilities in BTR financing and investment advisory services nationwide.
Maravilla brings a robust background in the sector, having joined JLL from Tower Capital. As a Partner at Tower, he emerged as a national leader in the BTR space, where he was responsible for closing more than $2.0 billion in primarily construction financing and joint venture equity across 50 communities in various states since 2018. Prior to Tower Capital, Maravilla spent 14 years at DMB Associates as Director of Finance. There, he managed project-level financial risk and crafted sophisticated financial structures for large-scale developments, evaluating over $700 million in potential acquisitions and developments.
Schott also joins from Tower Capital, where he played a key role in over $600 million in debt and equity placements, largely for BTR communities, over the last two years. His previous experience includes working as a Capital Markets Analyst with JLL’s Debt and Equity team in Chicago, where he structured financing solutions for commercial real estate clients on a national scale.
Maravilla and Schott’s expertise is expected to further strengthen JLL’s strategic offerings in the rapidly growing BTR market.
