CBRE Investment Management has appointed Jesse Harty as the head of the logistics operator division for its Americas Direct Real Estate Division. In this role, Harty will be responsible for overseeing investment execution and operations activities related to CBRE IM’s core, value-add, and development strategies in the United States. Additionally, he will lead both transactions and asset management teams.
Robert Perry – President of the Americas Real Estate Division – commented on Harty’s appointment: “Jesse’s strong track record in developing portfolios within industrial markets across top U.S logistics hubs makes him an ideal candidate to expand our investments within this sector.”
Prior to joining CBRE IM ,Hart served as Senior Vice President at Prologis where he managed a 55 million-square-foot industrial portfolio located in New York & New Jersey . Before that ,he was Northeast/Mid Atlantic regional manager at Clarion Partners managing a 30 million square foot industrial portfolio .
