**Jericho Office Complex Secures 87,000 SF in Lease Renewals**
Lincoln Property Company has finalized more than 87,000 square feet in office lease renewals at Jericho Plaza, located in Jericho, New York. The transactions were led by Mike Taylor and Chris Wittmann of Lincoln, who represented the ownership in all deals.
The recent lease renewals include:
– **Morgan Stanley** – 31,514 square feet. The tenant was represented by Ray Ruiz, John Nielsen, and Marianne Dugan of JLL.
– **UBS** – 16,454 square feet. Represented by Phil D’Avanzo of Cushman & Wakefield.
– **Ernst & Young (EY)** – 16,000 square feet. Represented by Brian Lee of Newmark.
– **GP Harmon** – 8,748 square feet. Represented by Matt Manoogian of CBRE.
– **Kintetsu** – 15,004 square feet. Represented by Rick Medinis of NAI Robert Lynn and John LaRuffa of Cushman & Wakefield.
